Michal and Maja were born on May 21st 2008 in Katowice, Poland. Exactly on the first day in fifth month of Michal's life he got strong Bronchitis and because of difficulties in breathing he was taken to a hospital specializing in Pediatrics. The doctor's checked his level of chlorine in his sweat. The result was clear. Very high chlorine together with clinical symptoms meant Cystic Fibrosis (Mucoviscidosis). Unfortunately, it turned out that Maja also suffers from CF. Allowances and disabled pensions in our country are simply not enough to cover medical expenses. That is why we are doing everything to support our children with all the necessary medicines, enzymes, vitamins, rehabilitation equipment necessary to fight for their breaths.

Maja and Michal
As the treatment of our twins is not cheap and as we are aware that the sickness will get worse we ask all people of good will for financial support for our babies. All donations will be used for medicine, medical treatment, medical services and rehabilitation of our children.

Maja & Michal Sawiccy are registered patients at the foundation "Polish Society Against Cystic Fibrosis". Lone Star PL will send all (100%) donations received to Maja & Michal sub account, which is controled by the PSACF foundation. Then the funds will be used as needed to pay for Maja & Michal medicine, medical equipment and medical treatment only!
